Heights Hotel Reaches New Peak in Fodor’s Travel Guide

Last month, a historic Raleigh hotel, renovated by Greg Paul Builders, was highlighted in Fodor’s Travel Guide as one of the 60 “Most Incredible Hotels in the World.”

The Heights House hotel, located in the heart of downtown Raleigh on S. Boylan Avenue, stands out as one of the 12 hotels in the United States that have earned a spot on this list curated by travel experts.

Commissioned in 1858, Sarah and Jeff Shepherd purchased the Heights House in 2018, and just one year later, Greg Paul Builders received the call to begin renovations.
